I love World of Warcraft as much as the next MMORPG geek, but this guy reaches a whole new level.

This "WoW Whore" plays 36 Avatars at once.  That means 36 accounts, and 11 systems.  11 mice, 11 keyboards, 11 monitors, etc...

I've heard of and played with people who have used two, even three accounts at once, never have I heard of 36 accounts being played by one person.  With all those systems (11), think of the heat they'll be putting out.

The money involved just for 36 game licenses comes to $5700 a year with an additional $1500 to buy 36 copies of the expansion pack.

All I can say is WoW!

On January 6, 2000 a group of musicians and music-loving technologists came together with the idea of creating the most comprehensive analysis of music ever.

It's a sweet way to find and enjoy new music.  Just start with a band you like, the web based radio will add songs with similar attributes.

They call it the "Music Genome Project"

Hat tip: Lazy MO

And this unleashes an interesting aspect of the Internet, it brings what is old, what might have been lost, and resurrects it. Who would have thought to go look for the documentary focused on competitive Drum Corps of 1973

Well here it is.

...you didn't know what you were missing.
